All services on this site are organized by Terras de vento Unipessoal, Lda, under the trade name Windland Tours, headquartered at Rua António Santos Major, Casa do riacho, 2480-011 Alcaria, with RNAAT 429/2015.
When the contracted service obligates the parties to provide services by entities other than Windland Tours, any complaints that may arise regarding the services they provide will be the responsibility of those same entities, such as accommodation, meals, land or nautical transportation of passenger, local guides, etc.
Complaints and refunds
Claims and refund requests must be submitted in writing within 5 business days of the date of service.
The court of the Leiria district, to the exclusion of any other, is accepted by the parties as an entity for the resolution of disputes.
Reservations are made by email and are only considered confirmed after receipt of proof of full payment of the contracted service, and sending of the Voucher.

Changes may be possible if availability for the new requested dates is available.
In case of changes there may be a change in the price initially contracted. In this case, the initial value will be adjusted.
A change is only considered confirmed upon receipt by the customer of written information submitted by Windland Tours to substantiate the change.
Only upon receipt of the full amount (100%) of the value of the service will the reservation be considered valid unless otherwise stated in writing by Windland Tours.
In case of cancellation of the reservation, the following expenses will be applied:
- up to 30 days before the date of service: 100% refund, except bank fees and costs of booking process;
- up to 7 days before the date of service: 75% refund;
- up to 24 hours before the biginning of service: 50% refund;
- during the 24 hours prior to the service starting hour, as well as failure to appear on the pick up location: there will be no refund.
All cancellation charges are subject to additional charges incurred by Windland Tours with transportation, monument tickets, meals, accommodation, or other contracted and non-refundable services.
Standards of conduct
Windland Tours reserves the right not to transport any customer who, because of its behavior (whether or not under the influence of alcohol or drugs), can be considered a threat to road safety, to the good conservation of the vehicle, or to the physical integrity of other customers.
Smoking is not allowed on the vehicles.
The following circumstances are examples of situations that may lead to non-performance of the contracted service (wholly or in part) and whose liability can not be imputed to Windland Tours:
- severe and exceptional weather conditions;
- road accidents or road closures by authorities;
- third-party strikes;
- vandalism and terrorism.
